We are recruiting for a housing association based in Blackpool, looking to recruit a full-time and a part-time member of staff to support their repairs team.

This role will be supporting the repairs team by taking inbound calls from tenants who are looking to book in any repairs required or if they have any issues to report. You will triage calls and forward them to the relevant teams when required, or you will be able to support with booking repairs in to be completed. These roles are full-time office-based, with no option for hybrid working.

The full-time role would be 35 hours per week, working on a rota basis Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm. The part-time role would be hours per week, working Monday and Tuesday all day and Wednesday morning.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • It is essential that the successful candidate has worked within a call centre environment and is confident dealing with inbound calls.
  • You will be a good communicator who can be empathetic and will at times be dealing with vulnerable customers.
  • Ideally, you will have some knowledge of housing/repairs, but this is not essential.
