As a Level 3 TA with Nursery experience, you will:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to children, including those with SEND or EAL needs.
- Assist with personal care routines and promote positive behaviour and wellbeing.
- Help prepare resources and maintain a safe, stimulating classroom environment.
- Use your knowledge of early childhood development to encourage language, literacy, and numeracy skills.
- Apply safeguarding practices and first aid knowledge when required.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Proven experience working in a Nursery or EYFS setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Paediatric First Aid certificate (highly desirable).
