What We're Looking For:
- Relevant TA qualifications (Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, or equivalent)
- SEN experience for specialist roles (supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs)
- Strong classroom support skills and a genuine love for helping children learn
- Flexibility and reliability
- Previous experience in Primary Schools (preferred)
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- A positive attitude and a passion for making a difference in pupils' lives
