Due to our 7-year partnership between Birmingham City Council and Hays, we are recruiting on behalf of a globally and nationally recognised organisation. You will be working in partnership with their adults Early Intervention Team (EICT) to recruit.
As a Senior Practitioner within a fast-paced team, you will manage a team of 6 to 8 who will undertake caseloads and assessments in responding to referrals relating to Birmingham residents. You will work with colleagues and managers across Birmingham to share and promote good practice. You will need to be happy and able to travel across your working area, have excellent communication skills and have previous team leadership experience. Within this team, you will also be working closely with the health system and healthcare professionals. You must demonstrate a sound knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and guidance, having applied relevant procedures in your practice previously.
What you'll need to succeed:
- All applicants must hold a Degree in Social Work, Dip SW, CQSW or Equivalent.
- Have an Enhanced Barring Adults DBS in process.
- The candidate must be SWE registered with Social Work England.
