Birmingham City Council is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join their Housing Disrepair Team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of essential housing services across the city.

As an Administrator, you will provide efficient administrative support to ensure smooth case management of housing disrepair claims. You’ll work closely with internal teams, legal representatives, and residents to maintain accurate records and deliver excellent customer service, as well as helping to manage complaints and backlogged queries.
