Hays Education works closely with many schools across the South Birmingham area, providing teaching assistant support on a day-to-day and long-term basis. We are currently seeking HLTA’s on a temporary basis. Working with Hays on a supply basis means that you can work the hours that suit you and your work/life balance.
Hays are currently recruiting for HLTA’s to start immediately in the Hockley Heath, Solihull and the B94 area. These jobs are available on a part-time and long-term basis, which means you could be working from one term up to the whole academic year. Ideally, you will be available full-time. However, part-time options are also available.
As a HLTA, you will be required to work with children of specific age groups or on a small group basis.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- You must have experience within a childcare environment, including schools and nurseries.
- Ideally, you will have a Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- You must be flexible and should you be successful in securing a Higher Level Teaching Assistant job, you will be committed to supporting the child for the length of time required.
