An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced property and FM leader to join a major client-side organisation in a strategically important role overseeing property and facilities operations across multiple international locations. This is far more than a traditional estates role. Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of a significant corporate property portfolio, lead major workplace transformation programmes and develop a long-term property strategy that supports business growth, employee engagement and operational excellence.
You'll be responsible for everything from lease negotiations and portfolio planning through to high-profile office relocations, refurbishments and workplace modernisation projects. Working across the UK and internationally, you'll influence how thousands of employees experience their working environment whilst ensuring the portfolio remains commercially effective, compliant and future-focused.
