Hays are delighted to be supporting one of our largest key client accounts in recruiting a Facilities Coordinator/Analyst to join their team based in Birmingham, for an initial 3–6-month temporary contract, with the potential for a longer-term permanent opportunity.
Your new role will see you support the Commercial Manager and wider facilities function on a large PFI contract covering 10 sites across Birmingham. Your strong knowledge of maintenance and facilities tasks will support with scheduling repairs works in line with SLAs, keeping the CAFM system updated and functioning, and seeing the department meet their own KPI objectives. You will be based in Birmingham for 2–3 days per week (near Birmingham Airport). Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Strong facilities and maintenance experience
- Good understanding of PFI contracts
- Competent Excel user (Macros, Pivot Tables, V-Lookups)
- Experience working with a CAFM system
- Confident and have experience in supporting senior leaders directly
