Our client is a well-respected defendant firm who is currently recruiting for qualified solicitors to join as either a Credit Hire Associate or Credit Hire Supervisor dependent on level of experience. These roles are to be based in either Manchester or Birmingham and hybrid working is available.
As a Credit Hire Associate, you will:
- Manage a personal caseload of litigated credit hire claims.
- Draft pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documentation.
- Conduct negotiations and attend hearings where required.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide clear, strategic advice.
As a Credit Hire Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise and mentor a team of litigators handling credit hire claims.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Monitor team performance and support professional development.
- Handle a personal caseload of complex and high-value credit hire matters.
What you’ll need to succeed:
