We are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a well‑established and growing Bicester-based organisation to recruit a motivated Finance Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with the Finance Manager and wider finance team, supporting key financial processes and contributing to the smooth running of a busy department. This position offers an excellent pathway for someone looking to develop their skills and progress their finance career within a supportive and forward‑thinking environment.

Your new role:

  • Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payment runs
  • Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems
  • Carry out bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
  • Review and process employee expenses in line with company policy
  • Assist with month‑end and year‑end tasks, including journals and reports
  • Prepare basic financial reports such as aged debtors/creditors
