The organisation is seeking a skilled Second Line Engineer to join its dynamic team. This role involves providing advanced technical support, resolving complex issues escalated from first-line support, and ensuring smooth operation of critical IT systems. What You Need to Succeed
- Technical Expertise: Strong experience with Microsoft Service Provider (MSP) environments. Proficiency in ticket management tools for efficient issue tracking and resolution. Exposure to Microsoft 365 Exchange administration and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with VMware virtualisation technologies. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
