Your new role As a Structures Coordinator, you will provide vital support to the Head of Structures & Third-Party Works and the wider team. While the role is primarily administrative, it requires strong technical skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, recording actions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Managing safety incident reporting and departmental inputs to incident trackers.
  • Assisting with safety communications and policy development.
  • Organising departmental training requirements and maintaining competency records.
  • Supporting document management, record disposal, and SharePoint development.
  • Preparing monthly KPI updates and progress reports.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the department and providing general administrative support.

What you'll need to succeed Essential:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and some engineering packages
  • Experience supporting management with diary management, meeting arrangements, and minute taking.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and accurately.

Desirable:
