As HR Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing HR systems and reporting capability. Working closely with the Head of HR, you will lead on data integrity, reporting and analytics, and process optimisation. This role will involve:
- Auditing and cleansing HR data across multiple systems
- Designing and maintaining dashboards and reports using ADP, Excel and Power BI
- Delivering actionable insights to support workforce planning and HR strategy
- Ensuring accurate data flow between HR, finance and payroll systems
- Partnering with stakeholders and training HR colleagues on reporting tools
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Proven experience in HR analytics, HRIS management or data reporting
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools such as Power BI
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Desirable: Experience with ADP HR & Payroll system
