Your new role In this role as Audit Manager, you will take ownership of audits from planning through topletion, ensuringpliance with statutory requirements and delivering high-quality oues. You will work closely with senior leadership to manage and develop the audit team, provide technical guidance, and drive best practice across the department. The position involves reviewing accounts, managing client relationships, attending meetings to support business development, and contributing to process improvements. You will also play a key role in team development through supervision, training, and CPD delivery, while organising regular team meetings to maintain engagement and performance.
What you will need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will be ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS. You should have previous experience in a managerial or leadership position within audit,bined with excellent organisational andmunication skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and maintain strong client relationships will be essential for success.
