Your new company is one of the UK and Ireland’s most respected Building Management System (BMS) and M&E specialists. Both companies within the group have decades of expertise and a reputation for delivering high-quality solutions and are continuing to grow and expand their operations. To support this growth, the companies are seeking a Group HSQE Executive / Officer to strengthen their health, safety, quality, and environmental practices across the organisation.
Your new role: As Group HSQE Executive, you’ll support both groups in maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Working alongside the existing HSEQ Manager and reporting directly to the directors, you’ll oversee ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 systems, coordinate audits and inspections, deliver training and toolbox talks, and ensure safe working practices across sites. You’ll also play a key role in preparing the companies for ISO 14001 accreditation by 2026, while managing responsibilities such as equipment checks, vehicle compliance, and induction processes. This is a full-time role based primarily at their HQ in Mallusk, with some travel for site visits and committee meetings.
What you’ll need to succeed: The ideal candidate will bring:
- An accredited Health & Safety qualification plus ISO auditing certification.
- Previous experience in a similar HSQE role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues.
What you’ll get in return: This is a rare opportunity to join an employee-owned business where your contribution directly supports collective success. You’ll be part of a supportive team culture, working across respected companies with long-standing reputations in the BMS sector. In return for your hard work, you’ll avail of the following:
- Business mileage
- Bonus scheme
- 29 days holiday
- Length in service days (additional holidays)
- 10 years’ service reward
- Pension scheme
- Private health care (after probation)
- Employee Ownership Trust bonus scheme
