This growing organisation based in Wales is looking to take the next step on their digital journey and integrate AI Agents to support the expanding workforce.
We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Developer to design and implement a front-end Copilot agent for employee interaction. The AI Agent solutions will provide guidance on legislation, standards, and internal processes, act as a triage service, and enforce continuity within the business, providing users guardrails.
Some of the key areas of this role are:
- Design and build multiple Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Integrate knowledge sources (SharePoint, OneDrive, internal databases) via Microsoft Graph connectors.
- Configure grounding and guardrails to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Develop Power Automate flows for triage and escalation workflows.
- Test and optimise the conversational threads of the AI Agents that you build for clarity and user experience.
- Provide documentation and training for internal teams.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Graph API).
- Ideally, familiarity with Azure AI services and OpenAI integration.
- Expertise in prompt engineering and conversational design.
- Understanding of data governance, compliance, and security.
- Ability to create custom connectors and integrate external systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
This role could potentially extend to rolling out AI Agent user training and adoption of Copilot.
