You’ll be joining a leading Tier One construction contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-value projects across Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a flagship £90 million new-build school development, setting new standards in educational infrastructure.

Your new role

As Project Manager, you will work closely under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager and Project Director, ensuring seamless delivery of this major project. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day site operations and coordinating subcontractors.
  • Monitoring programme, quality, and health & safety compliance.
  • Driving progress against key milestones and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Liaising with stakeholders, including local authorities and design teams.

This is a pivotal role where you’ll play a key part in delivering a landmark project for the region.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager on medium to large-scale construction projects (preferably education or public sector).
  • Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and Tier One/Tier Two contractor processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk effectively.
  • Relevant qualifications (degree in Construction Management or equivalent).
