Your new role Due to a significant programme of remedial works across an extensive education portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead project delivery, quality assurance, and site operations across multiple locations. This is a unique hybrid role that combines the responsibilities of a Project Manager, Clerk of Works, and Facilities Manager, offering the opportunity to take ownership of a significant programme of building fabric and remedial works across multiple locations.
