Your new company: I'm currently working with a leading facilities management provider who is looking to appoint an experienced Multi-Skilled Electrician to join their growing team on a prestigious contract for a local council. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a high-profile portfolio in one of London's most sought-after areas, delivering high-quality maintenance and installation services.
Your new role: As a Multi-Skilled Electrician, you'll be responsible for delivering a wide range of electrical works across commercial and residential environments. You'll work both independently and as part of a wider maintenance team, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to high standards.
- Carry out electrical installations ranging from small works to large commercial/industrial projects
- Perform planned, reactive and remedial maintenance
- Work on: Single & three-phase systems, LV distribution, Containment (trunking, tray, conduit), Final circuits & terminations
- Fault finding, testing & inspection
- Interpret and work in line with BS7671 / IET Wiring Regulations
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner
- Complete job documentation accurately and on time
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, sourcing parts where required
- Follow strict health & safety procedures at all times
What you'll need to succeed:
- City & Guilds Level 3 (2357 or equivalent)
- Completed a relevant electrical apprenticeship
- AM2 qualification
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- At least 3 years' experience in building maintenance (planned & reactive)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Valid CSCS/CSR card
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
- Experience on FM contracts
- High Voltage awareness
- Supervisory or gold card certification
