They operate across multiple industrial sectors and are known for delivering high-quality, safety-focused solutions. Your new role As a Team Leader – Panel Wiring, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of wirepersons and ensuring the successful delivery of electrical control panel assembly projects. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and coordinating a team of panel wirepersons to meet production targets and quality standards. Providing hands-on support with wiring, mechanical assembly, and component fitting within electrical control cabinets and systems. Interpreting and working from circuit diagrams, wiring schematics, and mechanical drawings. Collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met. Driving continuous improvement initiatives and promoting lean manufacturing practices.
