Due to continued growth, expansion and new product development, they are now seeking an experienced Order processor to join their growing team! Offering a range of benefits and a vibrant working environment, this is a great opportunity for an estimator with Windows and doors experience to progress in their career. The Order processor will play a big part in providing quotations and order confirmations to new and existing customers, providing excellent customer service! Essential duties and responsibilities: Processing quotes and orders in a timely manner Providing technical knowledge to both customers and staff where required Producing and annotating paperwork prior to manufacturing Amending customer orders and quotations Communicating with customers and suppliers with any queries, technical advice, and order updates Handle incoming enquiries and provide timely responses to client requestsThis is just a summed-up list of responsibilities and other duties will be required.
