Your new company: You will be working for a well established manufacturing company in South Wales who design, develop, and manufacture mechanical and textile load securing equipment. Their innovative products are used for the transportation sector across Europe and the business is well renowned in its field. Your new role: This is an exciting new position to join the company as their New Product Development Manager, where you will specialise in innovating their steel and aluminium products. In this role you will spend the majority of your time supporting the business at their factory close to Merthyr Tydfil (Approximately 3 days on site with 2 days working from home). As part of your role, you will also travel across Europe approximately 1/2 times a month to work collaboratively with other parts of the business and on occasion travel with the sales team to visit customers.
