We are seeking a reliability engineer for a manufacturing business in South Norfolk. This is a great opportunity for an engineer with a keen interest in reliability to lead engineering initiatives to maximise uptime, improve machine performance and reduce maintenance costs. You will be working closely with the engineering, operations and production teams.
You will drive equipment reliability and downtime reduction through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Develop and optimise predictive and preventative maintenance (PPM) strategies using tools such as Power BI.
Ideally, you will have completed an engineering-related apprenticeship with experience in manufacturing. You will have strong mechanical engineering knowledge and fault-finding skills. You will have experience in predictive maintenance and reliability engineering, a proactive, problem-solving mindset and experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What you will get in return: A starting salary in the range of 42-45k (dependent on experience).
