We are seeking a reliability engineer for a manufacturing business in South Norfolk. This is a great opportunity for an engineer with a keen interest in reliability to lead engineering initiatives to maximise uptime, improve machine performance and reduce maintenance costs. You will be working closely with the engineering, operations and production teams.

You will drive equipment reliability and downtime reduction through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Develop and optimise predictive and preventative maintenance (PPM) strategies using tools (Power BI & OMP) to analyse performance and identify improvement opportunities. Apply predictive techniques (vibration, thermal imaging, oil analysis). Support continuous improvement and long term engineering strategy. Support capital projects, upgrades and innovation initiatives. Promote safe working practices across the site.

Ideally, you will have completed an engineering-related apprenticeship with experience in manufacturing. You will have strong mechanical engineering knowledge and fault-finding skills. You will have experience in predictive maintenance and reliability engineering, a proactive, problem-solving mindset and experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (OMP systems, RCM and CMMS knowledge).

A starting salary in the range of £42-45k (dependent on experience), overtime at enhanced rates, 25+8 days holiday, enhanced pension, sick pay scheme, discount schemes and more.
