A leading manufacturing organisation is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician to join their site maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business that offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits package and long-term career stability.

Reporting to the E/I Supervisor, you will support the site's maintenance function by carrying out planned and reactive maintenance activities across electrical and instrumentation systems. Your responsibilities will include fault-finding and diagnosing plant breakdowns, maintaining and installing 415V AC motors and associated control equipment, and commissioning safety, control and measurement systems. You will also be responsible for the calibration and maintenance of instrumentation, including pressure, level and temperature measurement devices, as well as ensuring hazardous area equipment remains compliant with DSEAR regulations. In addition, you will undertake general electrical installation work, including lighting and cable management.

To be successful in this role, you will hold a time-served qualification in an Electrical or Instrumentation discipline and have previous experience within a manufacturing, process or industrial environment. You will possess strong fault-finding skills and a methodical approach to identifying root causes, alongside experience maintaining instrumentation and control systems. Experience with SAP, calibration software such as Beamex CMX, technical drawings and Microsoft Office would be advantageous. You will be a team player with a flexible approach and a strong commitment to health, safety and quality standards.

Salary of £44,200 plus additional hours' payment of £3,270. Annual bonus scheme. Defined contribution pension with up to 9% employer contribution. Private BUPA medical insurance.
