Working Monday to Friday, your role will involve both planned and reactive maintenance activities, as well as modifications to a wide range of industrial machinery.\\nKey responsibilities include:\\n\\nPerforming fault diagnosis and repairs on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.\\nPrioritising breakdowns in collaboration with operations to minimise downtime.\\nSupporting project work, quality assurance systems and Health and Safety Initiatives\\nEnsuring all work is documented and compliant with internal policies and HSE regulationsWhat you'll need to succeed \\nTo be successful in this role, you will need: \\n\\nTime-served engineer with NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering.\\nProven experience working with heavy plant and equipment in an industrial setting, ideally within quarrying or bulk handling environments. \\nStrong practical knowledge of conveyor systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating machinery. \\nDiagnostic and fault-finding skills using appropriate tools and techniques.
\\nFamiliarity with Permit to Work systems and incident reporting procedures. \\nDesirable: Knowledge of PLCs, drive control systems, HV networks, and CMMS platforms such as SAP. \\nUnderstanding of maintenance strategies like RCM, PM, CBM, and TPM.
\\nA full, valid UK driving licence.\\n\\nWhat you'll get in return \\n\\nA competitive salary package of £43,000. \\nPlenty of overtime is available. On-call rota also with this team, additional payment rates for this.
