Your new company A leading leisure vending specialist operating across Ireland and Great Britain is expanding its Field Service team. With a strong presence in shopping centres, the organisation is known for its innovative approach and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your new role As a Field Service Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing leisure vending equipment across a dedicated route of customer locations. This hands-on role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and results-driven team.Key responsibilities include servicing, repairing, and cleaning vending machines on-site, cash collection and machine monitoring, installation of new equipment, fault finding and breakdown response. PAT testing (training provided) and using a bespoke smartphone app for job completion. Ensuring merchandise rotation and machine optimisation and maintaining company van, tools, and inventory. What you\’ll need to succeedIdeally you will have basic experience in electrical, electronic, or mechanical maintenance and a clean driving licence. Strong initiative and ability to work independently and a Team player with good communication skills. Comfortable using smartphones and basic PC applications and be organised and self-motivated. Training can be given.
