Based in Peterborough, you will be joining an industry-leading company who specialise in the development and manufacture of equipment within the water treatment industry. Due to continuous growth and expansion, the company are looking for an experienced Design Engineer to join their close knitted team in Peterborough. The Design Engineer will be part of a small design team working on a range of projects and tasks whilst also working closely with the projects team, manufacturing/production team and more.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop 3D model designs in SolidWorks or AutoCAD and produce detailed fabrication drawings and reviews.
- Support Design and project engineering of Mobile Assets, water treatment systems for building, own and operate plants and mobile fleets upgrades.
- Work very closely with the design team to support drafting and develop designs.
- Material and equipment selection for the designs.
- Work alongside design teams, projects, manufacturing, sales and more. This is a summed-up list, and other responsibilities and duties will be required.
Skills & Experience required:
- Experience in a similar role, within a manufacturing/engineering environment.
- Efficient and confident using design platforms such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD 2D/3D or similar.
- Ability to complete relevant documentation and design reports.
- Experience within the water industry is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work with the wider engineering & manufacturing teams.
