A leading environmental services provider is recruiting a Business Development Lead to drive growth across the UK Municipal Water market. This role focuses on winning new contracts, developing strategic solutions, and building senior customer relationships that support long term ecological transformation.
What you’ll do:
- Build and manage a strong new business pipeline across the water sector.
- Lead tenders, bids and proposal development to secure profitable contracts.
- Develop value led solutions in collaboration with Technical, Operational, Commercial and Finance teams.
- Grow key accounts and identify cross selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity using Salesforce CRM.
- Provide market insights and customer intelligence to senior leadership.
- Manage contract discussions and processes of contracts spanning multiple years and of 5 million plus in value.
- Support marketing with targeted prospecting and digital engagement.
