A successful and expanding manufacturing business in the Greater Belfast area is seeking a Powder Coater / Shot Blaster to join its skilled production team.

Your New Role

As a Powder Coater / Shot Blaster, you will be responsible for preparing, blasting and coating a wide range of metal components to the highest quality standards.

Working as part of a dedicated manufacturing team, you will ensure products are finished efficiently, safely and to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare metal products for finishing and coating.

Operate shot blasting equipment safely and effectively.

Apply powder coating finishes to a high standard.

Inspect completed work to ensure quality requirements are met.

Carry out basic maintenance and daily checks on equipment.

Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.

Maintain a clean and organised work area.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Previous experience in powder coating, shot blasting, industrial painting or a similar manufacturing role.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good understanding of health and safety requirements.

Forklift experience would be advantageous but not essential.
