A leading manufacturer within the transport and engineering sector is seeking an experienced Service Campaign Manager to join their growing Aftermarket team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of vehicle fit, rework and service campaign programmes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and product reliability across fleets in the field.

As Service Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating proactive vehicle rework and retrofit campaigns from initial assessment through to successful completion. Working closely with engineering, quality, procurement, field service teams and customers, you will ensure campaigns are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and managing detailed campaign and retrofit plans
  • Assessing campaign requirements, risks, costs and business justification
  • Managing teams, contractors, suppliers and service partners
  • Coordinating vehicle recalls, upgrades and technical modifications
  • Monitoring campaign progress, budgets and completion targets
  • Communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
