Your new role We are seeking an experienced Technical Dispatcher Trainer to support the rollout of Dispatcher 2026 and a suite of newly developed enhancements across my clients support function.
This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded professional who can bridge the gap between system capability and user adoption, designing and delivering a structured training programme that enables support teams to maximise the benefits of the latest Dispatcher developments.
Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a comprehensive training plan for Dispatcher 2026 and associated enhancements.
Assess current knowledge levels and identify training needs across the support team.
Translate complex technical functionality into engaging, user-friendly training materials.
