Your new role

As a Research Ops Lead, you will be required to undertake the following:

  • Creating and publishing regular user research reporting, including the monthly reports
  • User Research Panel Management and refresh
  • Creating and executing strategies for enhanced panel engagement, especially amongst key target audiences eg. seldom heard voices, users with accessibility needs, etc.
  • Planning and executing user research studies eg. Diary Studies
  • Supporting delivery squads with user research eg. usability testing, moderation, user interviews
  • Owning and refining the User Needs repository, continuously improving it for use by delivery teams
  • Owning and updating research assets eg templates for consent
  • Continuously improving ResearchOps processes on the App
  • Leading a team of 1x ResearchOps Analyst

You must be eligible for BPSS
