Your new role As Finance Manager, you will take responsibility for the full finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cash flow management and robust financial controls across multiple live construction projects.
You will work closely with Directors, Quantity Surveyors, Estimators and Project Managers to provide financial clarity and support key business decisions.
What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Senior Accountant or similar role.
Strong management accounting, budgeting and cash flow management experience.
Knowledge of VAT, CIS and construction-related financial processes.
Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
