The predicted salary is between 25000 - 28000 £ per year.

Your new role involves the day-to-day coordination of workplace services for the Manchester office. You will provide an excellent workplace service to internal clients, manage all incoming and outgoing mail services, and support the management of the workplace and the health and safety of our people and the office.

Core duties will involve:

  • Be the point of contact for all facilities issues
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and renovations
  • Oversee office logistics such as mail distribution and equipment maintenance
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up appropriately
  • Collaborate with various departments to support office-related needs
  • Maintain a clean and organised office space
  • Access control
