You will be working for a well-established and reputable national housebuilder with a strong pipeline of residential developments across the North West. The company is known for maintaining high standards on site and delivering quality new build homes.
I am currently seeking an experienced Bricklayer to join an active residential site on a freelance basis. This is an immediate start role with a minimum duration of 4+ weeks.
Main duties will include:
- Facework and blockwork on new build plots
- Working efficiently to site drawings and specifications
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborating with site teams to meet build targets
What you'll need to succeed:
- Valid CSCS card
- Proven experience working on new build housing sites
- Own tools and PPE
- Strong work ethic and reliability
