You will be working for a leading housing association which manages over 50,000 homes across the South.

Your new role

We're excited to say our team is expanding and delivering more services across our properties to support our ambitions of leading our sector in customer service - and we need you! We're looking for a Waste Collection Operative for a 9-month contract until 31 March 2026 where you'll be based in Eastleigh and work in an agile manner covering all surrounding areas.

You'll make sure that the collection service of bulk waste items including delivering to a storage facility, litter including the recycling of waste from residents' communal areas are highly-organised and collected in a safe and timely manner and always adhere to Health & Safety policies and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have excellent customer service skills and ideally have previous waste collection experience.

£16.73 p/h umbrella - 9 month contract
