Your new company: You'll be joining a respected civil engineering contractor delivering major infrastructure works across North Wales and the surrounding region. The business is progressing a significant civil package within a large-scale energy and infrastructure scheme, requiring an experienced freelance engineer to support technical delivery on site.
Your new role: As the Freelance Site Engineer, you'll take responsibility for setting out, QA and technical support across multiple civil work fronts. Key duties include:
- Setting out for drainage, ducting, utilities and associated civil elements
- Managing as-built surveys, QA records and compliance documentation
- Working closely with the site team to maintain the programme and resolve technical queries
- Ensuring high standards of accuracy, safety and reporting
- Supporting smooth delivery of a complex regional infrastructure project
What you'll need to succeed:
- Strong background as a Site Engineer on civil or infrastructure schemes
- Experience with drainage, utilities, groundworks or heavy civil
