Are you an experienced housing professional looking for your next opportunity to make a real impact in local communities? We are seeking a proactive and confident Tenancy Management Officer to join one of our Liverpool based social housing clients on an interim basis working to support neighbourhoods across Liverpool, Runcorn and Widnes.

Your new role

You'll be responsible for delivering a high-quality tenancy and estate management service, ensuring safe, sustainable and well-managed communities. This is a fast-paced role where no two days look the same and you'll be trusted to manage your workload independently while delivering excellent customer service.

Day to day, you will:

  • Manage a patch of general-needs properties across the region
  • Conduct tenancy sign-ups, reviews, and sustainment work
  • Respond to and manage low-level ASB cases, breaches and tenancy issues
  • Carry out estate inspections and identify improvements
  • Work closely with internal teams, external partners and local agencies
  • Support vulnerable tenants to maintain their tenancies
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and legislative requirements

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Previous experience in tenancy or neighbourhood management
  • Strong knowledge of housing legislation and best practice
  • Confidence managing ASB, safeguarding concerns and tenancy breaches
  • Excellent communication and case-management skills
  • A proactive, community-focused approach
  • Ability to travel across Liverpool, Runcorn and Widnes
