The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 Β£ per year.

Location: Lancaster

Duration: 6+ months

Hours: 44 hours per week (with potential for overtime)

You will be working for a well-established and reputable groundworks contractor with a strong presence across the North West. The business has an excellent track record of delivering complex infrastructure and civil engineering schemes. Due to ongoing growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to support on a major new-build project in Lancaster.

As Site Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations on a large-scale new-build project within a secure environment, taking responsibility for delivering key groundworks and deep drainage packages safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all site activities relating to groundworks and deep drainage.
  • Supervising site teams, subcontractors, and plant operations.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with health and safety regulations.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within groundworks and deep drainage (essential).
  • Experience using an iPad or similar technology.
