A leading infrastructure delivery business is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding commercial team in Liverpool. Working across a diverse portfolio of civil engineering, utilities and infrastructure projects, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful commercial delivery of schemes from inception through to final account. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial management of multiple projects and frameworks
  • Produce accurate cost reporting, forecasting and financial performance reviews
  • Manage subcontract procurement, payments and final accounts
  • Administer contract requirements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Review, negotiate and agree variations and change controls
  • Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal delivery teams
  • Support operational teams with commercial guidance throughout project lifecycles
  • Contribute to strategic business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

We’re keen to speak with commercially astute Quantity Surveyors who can demonstrate significant experience within infrastructure, civil engineering, utilities or energy sectors and strong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial procedures.
