Your new role
As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting project teams across a range of live architectural projects. You will be responsible for maintaining BIM standards, ensuring coordination and model quality, and supporting the ongoing development of BIM processes across the studio.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the delivery of BIM-enabled projects across all RIBA stages
- Promoting and maintaining BIM standards, workflows and best practice
- Coordinating models across disciplines and managing information quality
- Providing technical support, troubleshooting and BIM training to project teams
- Monitoring model development and reporting on progress, compliance and coordination
- Liaising with internal teams, clients and external consultants to ensure effective information exchange
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:
- RIBA Part 1, ARB/RIBA Part 1 equivalent, or CIAT-accredited Architectural Technology degree
