Your new company Hays are working with a small, design-focused practice delivering bespoke residential and commercial projects across the North West.
In what will be a key hire for the business, they re looking to appoint a Senior Architect who can take ownership of projects, manage client relationships and support the next stage of growth.
The role offers a high degree of autonomy, direct client exposure and a clear route towards Associate level over time.
You ll work across a varied portfolio of high-end residential projects, including extensions, remodels and full property transformations, alongside a growing volume of commercial and developer-led schemes.
Whilst residential projects continue to form a significant proportion of the workload, the practice is looking to grow its commercial portfolio over the coming years and sees this appointment as a key part of that strategy.
