Your new role As Responsive Repairs Manager, you will be responsible for leading the operational delivery of a high-performing responsive repairs service, ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
You will manage a team of supervisors, operatives and contractors, driving service performance while ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained.
Key responsibilities include Managing the end-to-end delivery of responsive repairs.
Leading and developing repairs teams to achieve operational and customer service targets.
Monitoring performance against KPIs, service standards and budgets.
Managing contractor performance and ensuring value for money.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies.
Working closely with residents and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
