Your new role
As a Project Officer at Your Housing Group, you will provide day-to-day housing support and keyworker guidance for residents at Tiernan Lodge in Wigan. You will deliver 1:1 sessions, group work, life skills coaching and independent living support, while maintaining a safe and well-managed environment. This is a full-time position on a 12-week rolling rota, including weekends and bank holidays, covering 8am-4pm and 8am-8pm shifts.
What you will need to succeed:
- Experience supporting vulnerable adults in housing, supported living, homelessness, or community-based services
- Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver structured support plans
- Confidence working independently and as part of a rota-based team
- Ability to manage safeguarding concerns, boundaries and professional relationships
- A commitment to promoting independence and positive outcomes
- Enhanced DBS Check (required for the role)
