A well-established North West construction contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the commercial and leisure sectors, the company has secured a new-build restaurant development in Preston and is looking for a driven individual to lead the project on site.
As Site Manager, you will operate as the No.1 Manager on site, taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of a new-build restaurant project from inception through to completion. Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Leading subcontractors and site teams
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
- Coordinating all site activities and project logistics
- Maintaining high standards of quality throughout the build process
- Conducting site meetings and reporting project progress to senior management
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Managing client and stakeholder relationships on site
Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on new-build construction projects is required. Experience delivering commercial, retail, leisure or hospitality developments would be advantageous.
