Your new role
As a Premises Assistant, you will join the Building Services team in Bristol, working as part of a small caretaking team to ensure the safe, secure, and effective operation of the school site. The role is varied and practical, supporting the day-to-day running of the school through planned and reactive maintenance, security, porterage, and cleaning duties. You will also prepare the site for assemblies, meetings, and out of school activities, respond to emergencies, and support the school in line with established procedures. The position requires flexibility, including early and late shifts on a rotational basis, availability for evening events, and emergency call-outs when required.
