Job Description
We are working with the London based team of a National contractor supporting their search for a Preconstruction Manager. You'll be working on public sector frameworks, 2 stage and Mini Comp (Scape & Pagabo). Projects cover externals and internals including Recladding & FRA circa £20M focusing on London, in addition to Fit Out of Offices and NHS facilities nationally (£1m-£7M).
