Job Title: Plasterer – Maintenance (Permanent) Location: Leeds & West Yorkshire Area Salary: Competitive Salary + Van & Fuel Card + £1,000 Bonus in May Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent We are looking for an experienced Plasterer to join our team, providing maintenance services across the Leeds and West Yorkshire area. You'll be responsible for carrying out a variety of plastering repairs and maintenance work on residential properties in the region, working to high standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Carry out plastering repairs, re-skims, and general maintenance work across residential properties in the Leeds and West Yorkshire area. Complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard. Report directly to the Maintenance Manager, ensuring work is logged and compliant with quality standards. Provide excellent customer service to residents and tenants.Requirements: Proven experience as a plasterer, with knowledge of maintenance work in residential settings. Full UK driving license (van and fuel card provided). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Immediate availability to start.Benefits: Competitive salary with opportunities for career progression. £1,000 bonus paid in May. Van and fuel card provided. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
