Planned Maintenance Manager

Your new company Site Manager | Social Housing Planned Maintenance (kitchens) | Manchester | £50k-£53k + Bonus + VehicleI'm currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established contractor delivering planned maintenance works across social housing properties in Manchester. This role will focus primarily on kitchen replacement programmes, overseeing projects from initial site set-up through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard. Your new role ✅ Managing kitchen rip-out and installation schemes within occupied social housing properties ✅ Overseeing direct labour, subcontractors and trades on site ✅ Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times ✅ Monitoring programme delivery, quality and customer satisfaction ✅ Liaising with residents, clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle ✅ Managing projects from start to finish What you'll need to succeed * Previous Site Management experience within social housing planned maintenance * Strong knowledge of kitchen refurbishment programmes * Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (preferred) * Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills What you'll get in return 💰 £50,000 - £53,000 basic salary 🎯 Bonus scheme 🚐 Company vehicle (car or van) 📍 Based in Manchester ⏰ Full-time permanent position What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
